Simply complete our booking form with a few details about your family and the care you need. We'll take it from there, matching you with a suitable sitter and confirming the arrangements with you. Easy as that!

Absolutely! We know how lovely it is for children to build a familiar relationship with their sitter. We're always happy to arrange repeat bookings with someone your family already knows and loves, subject to their availability.

Our standard babysitting rate is $40 per hour, with a minimum booking of three hours. Rates may vary depending on the number of children and the type of care required. All agency fees are included in your quoted rate, so there are no surprise booking fees. Our standard rate is for 1 - 2 children. 3 children are $45/hour, 4 children are $50/hour. Weddings, events and newborn overnight nannying are charged at $50/hour.

Bluebell manages payments directly, so there's no need to organise separate payments with your sitter. We'll confirm your booking total and payment arrangements before your booking.

We understand that plans change! However, our sitters reserve time especially for your family, often turning down other work to do so.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a confirmed booking incur a cancellation fee of $70. This helps compensate your sitter for the work they've set aside.

If your sitter becomes unwell or unexpectedly unavailable, we'll do our very best to arrange a suitable replacement. While we can't always guarantee availability, we'll communicate with you promptly and help you explore your options.

We want every family to feel comfortable and supported when booking through Bluebell. If something hasn't gone to plan, please get in touch with us directly.

We'll listen to your concerns, review the circumstances and work towards a fair resolution in line with our Terms & Conditions and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Every Bluebell sitter must meet our minimum screening requirements, including a valid Working With Vulnerable People registration, current First Aid qualifications, relevant childcare experience, verified references and a personal interview.

We look for people who are not only capable and experienced, but genuinely enjoy caring for children.

Our sitters are always happy to help with light, child-related tasks, such as tidying toys or cleaning up after children's meals. General household cleaning and unrelated chores aren't included in our babysitting services.
